If you grew up near a proper deli, you know it's the building block of the weekend. A number 7, wrapped in white paper, eaten on a stoop or in the park. We've spent two years sourcing seeded rolls that crack the right way, proper cheddar with bite, and long hots in oil.
We launch with five. All served on house-baked seeded rolls, wrapped in white paper, cut on an angle. The way it should be.
Pepper turkey, bacon, melted cheddar, Russian dressing on a toasted long roll.
Chicken cutlet, bacon, melted cheddar, barbecue sauce. Add mac & cheese to make it ridiculous.
Chicken cutlet, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, shredded lettuce, oil & balsamic vinegar. Add long hots for heat.
Turkey, cheddar, lettuce, cucumber, mayo, honey mustard. Swap in Dijon if you like it sharp.
Prosciutto, soppressata, Genoa salami, fresh mozzarella, oil & vin.
